Some rooms may require a passcode for access, which can be provided by the stream host. We support various streaming sources including direct drone feeds and connections to external platforms like YouTube and StreamYard.
Yes, depending on the drone model and your intended use, you may need appropriate licensing as required by local regulations. For commercial drone operations, a Remote Pilot Certificate is typically required. We recommend checking the specific requirements for your area before booking. If you don't have the necessary licenses, we can provide a certified drone operator for an additional fee.
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time. For rescheduling, please contact our support team at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
